3. User Responsibilities: You agree to comply with laws and Meta’s Business Policies; avoid spam, harassment, or illegal content; maintain confidentiality of API credentials; and ensure data accuracy.

4. Data Privacy: We handle all data per our Privacy Policy. Data is never sold and shared only when required for service delivery or legal compliance.

5. Use of WhatsApp Cloud API: You agree to send messages only to opted-in users, use approved templates, and avoid misleading or harmful content. Violations may lead to suspension or termination as per Meta’s rules.

6. Account Suspension & Termination: Accounts may be suspended or terminated, with or without notice, for policy breaches, security risks, or legal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, service interruptions due to Meta or network issues, or delivery delays. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties.

8. Modification of Terms: Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Rahuri, District- Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
