Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with Meta’s Data Deletion Requirement, Info DIS BWA ensures that user data can be deleted upon request.

If you wish to delete your data, please follow the instructions below:

📩 1. Email Request

Send an email to support@infomessage.in with the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request”.

Include your registered WhatsApp Business number or account ID.

⚙️ 2. Verification

Our team will verify your ownership and process your deletion request within 7 working days.

🔒 3. Data Scope

Upon successful verification, the following will be deleted:

1. Account credentials and API tokens
2. Message logs (if applicable)
3. Associated analytics data

📘 4. Exceptions

Some data may be retained temporarily if required for:

1. Legal compliance
2. Billing reconciliation
3. Fraud prevention

Once deletion is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
